1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FutureMe AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nordic Expert Group Ltd ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Description of Service
FutureMe AI provides:
- AI-powered aging photo generation
- Structured health and wellness programs (6 programs)
- Daily task guidance and tracking
- Progress analytics and gamification (XP, badges, streaks)
- Account-backed cross-device synchronization for supported account data
- Personalized health recommendations
3. Account Registration
- You may create an account using Apple ID or Google Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- One account per person is permitted
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
All purchases in FutureMe AI are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not directly charge payment cards. Your Apple account is the contracting and billing party for every transaction.
Free Access
New users may receive a limited number of free generations to try the Service, and the first week of each coach program is available at no charge. The exact number of free generations and the scope of free-tier program content may vary over time as we refine the experience. The current free-tier offer is shown in the app before any purchase is initiated.
Premium Subscription Plans (USD base prices)
The following auto-renewable subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store. Prices in other regions are set by Apple using its App Store pricing matrix and may differ. The exact localized price and billing period are always shown to you on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- Weekly Premium — $3.99 per 1 week, no introductory trial
- Monthly Premium — $9.99 per 1 month, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Annual Premium — $49.99 per 1 year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Premium unlocks unlimited generations within fair-use limits, all coach programs beyond their free first week, AI "future story" generation, and advanced progress analytics.
Consumable Credits (one-time purchases)
If you prefer not to subscribe, you can purchase credit packs. One credit is consumed per generation. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable once used.
- 1 Credit — $0.99
- 5 Credits — $3.49
- 12 Credits — $6.99
Auto-Renewal
- Premium subscriptions automatically renew for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple account is charged at the start of each renewal period.
- The renewal price is the then-current published price for that plan. If the price changes, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before charging the new price.
- An introductory free trial, where offered, is available once per Apple ID per subscription group. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged; otherwise the trial converts to a paid subscription automatically.
How to Cancel
- On iOS: open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select FutureMe AI → tap Cancel Subscription.
- After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made.
- Deleting the FutureMe AI app or deleting your FutureMe account does not cancel your subscription — cancellation must be done through Apple.
Refunds
All refund requests for App Store purchases (subscriptions and consumable credits) must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles refunds under its published Media Services terms. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves.
If a generation fails before your result is delivered, the credit used for that generation is automatically restored to your in-app balance. This is separate from an App Store refund.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Price changes take effect only on renewal and only after Apple's standard subscriber notice. You can review and, if needed, cancel before the new price applies.
5. User Content and Generated Images
- Input photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you represent that you have the right to use it (either it is a photo of you, or you have the documented consent of the person depicted) and you grant FutureMe AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process the photo — including transmitting it to our AI partner (Replicate) — strictly for the purpose of generating your requested result.
- Generated images:You own the images our AI returns to you. You may use them for personal purposes and, to the extent permitted by Replicate's terms (which currently allow commercial use of FLUX outputs), for commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for your use of generated images, including compliance with applicable right-of-publicity, defamation, and likeness laws.
- No creation of harmful content: You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful to others.
- Removal: We may remove or refuse to process content that violates these Terms or our acceptable-use policies.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload photos of any other person without their explicit, informed consent
- Upload or generate images of minors (persons under 18), except images of yourself at a younger age
- Upload or generate images of celebrities, public figures, politicians, or any real person without consent — including for satire, parody, impersonation, or deepfake content
- Create content designed to mislead (false identity documents, fake news imagery, fraudulent profile pictures, fabricated evidence)
- Create sexual, sexually suggestive, or nude content of any person, including yourself
- Generate content intended to harass, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against any person or group
- Use the Service to develop, train, or benchmark competing AI models or to scrape our outputs at scale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security, rate-limiting, or billing mechanism of the Service
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond permitted API usage
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service itself (distinct from commercial use of generated images)
- Impersonate others, share account credentials, or provide false registration information
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, forfeiture of unused credits and reporting to authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
FutureMe AI, including its programs, content, design, code, and all intellectual property, is owned by Nordic Expert Group Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
User-generated content (your progress data, uploaded photos) remains your property, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.

- The Service is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice
- Always consult a healthcare provider before making health changes
- We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes
- If you experience any health concerns, seek professional medical help
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordic Expert Group Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, you lose access to premium features
- Your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will also apply.
